Vegan Peach Blueberry Crumble

This gluten free vegan peach blueberry crumble recipe is a winning healthy dessert made with the freshest ingredients. 

Preparation time: 1 hour

Crumble Ingredients:

2 cups peaches
4 cups blueberries
1/4 cup date syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping Ingredients:

3/4 cup date syrup
70g original pili nuts
3tbs flax seeds
1/2 cup gluten free coconut flour
3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup vegan butter, melted


  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients for the crumble.
  2. In a separate bowl mix ingredients for the topping.
  3. Pour crumble ingredients into a bake dish.
  4. Sprinkle topping evenly over the top of crumble.
  5. Bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden.

Allow to rest for 10 minutes

Serve with vegan ice-cream ream of your choice.
