Raw & Wild's Christmas raw chocolate nicecream free from dairy, wheat and refined sugars. Made purely with bananas and pili nut milk.
- 5 ripe bananas (cut in pieces and frozen)
- ½ cup Raw Chocolate pili nut milk
- 50g Raw Chocolate pili nuts (crushed)
- 1¾ cup maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup raw cocoa powder, sifted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Place frozen bananas, pili nut milk, vanilla extract and raw cacao powder into a high speed blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer to a container and add crushed pili nuts.
- If you feel like you prefer to have it extra sweet, you can add a sweetener of your choice. Mix well.
- Freeze banana nice cream for 3 to 4 hours so that it hardens enough to scoop like ice cream, but isn’t too hard where you can’t scoop it.
