Raw & Wild Chocolate Nicecream

Raw & Wild's Christmas raw chocolate nicecream free from dairy, wheat and refined sugars. Made purely with bananas and pili nut milk. 


  • 5 ripe bananas (cut in pieces and frozen)
  • ½ cup Raw Chocolate pili nut milk
  • 50g Raw Chocolate pili nuts (crushed)
  • 1¾ cup maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ cup raw cocoa powder, sifted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


  1. Place frozen bananas, pili nut milk, vanilla extract and raw cacao powder into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a container and add crushed pili nuts.
  4. If you feel like you prefer to have it extra sweet, you can add a sweetener of your choice. Mix well.
  5. Freeze banana nice cream for 3 to 4 hours so that it hardens enough to scoop like ice cream, but isn’t too hard where you can’t scoop it.
  6. Enjoy!
