Raw Chocolate Coconut Pili Nut Cake

The recipe:
A glass of coconut shreds
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of butter
50g of 100% dark chocolate
A handful of chili pilli nuts from
2 tablespoons of almond butter
A sprinkle of Himalayan salt
A sprinkle of dried dragon fruit

Method:
Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and butter, then mix it with the coconut. Put the mixture into the tin and let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Add the almond butter on top of the coconut base. Sprinkle the chili pilli nuts over the almond butter. Melt the chocolate with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and pour it over the nuts. Place the tin back in the fridge for 30 minutes. Once the chocolate has cooled, add the salt and dried dragon fruit. Leave it in the fridge for another hour. Enjoy!
