Pili nut Cream Cheese with Chives

This is the creamiest vegan cream cheese you've ever tried! It's not a secret that pili nuts have the highest fat content out of all nuts making them a perfectly special ingredient in our cream cheese. We used nutritional yeast, shiitake mushroom powder, chives and capers to make it deliciously flavoursome.


INGREDIENTS:
  • 300g Organic Soft & Silken Tofu
  • 70g Himalayan Pink Salt Pili nuts
  • Dried Shitake Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Capers (optional)
  • Chives
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Simply blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Once soft and creamy add chives and whole capers for a perfect balanced flavour. If you want your cheese to be more firm, leave it for 2 hours in the fridge. Your pilicious cheese is ready!
